1. Rental Inclusions
Unless otherwise stated, the rental price includes:

Unlimited mileage per day.

Third Party Liability Insurance.

A map of the rental area or digital navigation assistance.

Basic rental services as described in the rental policy.
2. Driver Requirements
To rent a vehicle from us, the driver must:

Be at least 18 years of age.

Possess a valid driver’s license for at least 12 consecutive months.

Hold a license that corresponds to category A1 or an internationally recognized equivalent for this vehicle class.

Provide a valid form of photo identification (passport or national ID).
3. Payment Terms

You are required to pay 50% of the rental fee at the time of booking through our website.

The remaining 50% must be paid upon vehicle collection at the rental location.

Accepted payment methods include credit card, debit card, or any other method specified during the booking process.
4. Cancellation Policy

Bookings can be cancelled up to 48 hours before the scheduled pick-up time.

Cancellations made within this timeframe are eligible for an 80% refund of the amount already paid.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled pick-up time are non-refundable.
5. Insurance

The rental includes Third Party Liability Insurance, which covers damage to other people, vehicles, or property.

Additional insurance options (e.g., Collision Damage Waiver, Theft Protection, Personal Accident Insurance) may be available for purchase during booking or at the rental desk.
6. Fuel Policy

Vehicles are rented with a full tank of fuel and should be returned with the same level.

If the vehicle is returned with less fuel, the renter may be charged a refueling fee in addition to the cost of the missing fuel.
7. Vehicle Usage

Vehicles may not be used for racing, towing, off-road driving, or any unlawful purposes.

Smoking inside the vehicle is strictly prohibited and subject to a cleaning fee.

The renter is responsible for any traffic violations or fines incurred during the rental period.
8. Pick-Up and Drop-Off

The vehicle will be available for pick-up at the time and location specified in your reservation.

Late returns may incur additional charges unless prior arrangements have been made.

A valid credit card may be required at the time of vehicle collection as a security deposit.
9. Breakdown Assistance

All vehicles come with basic roadside assistance.

In the event of a breakdown, renters must immediately contact the rental provider using the emergency contact number provided during pick-up.
10. Additional Drivers

Additional drivers must meet the same age and license requirements as the primary renter.

Additional driver information must be submitted and approved before vehicle pick-up.
11. Vehicle Condition and Damage

A vehicle inspection will be conducted at the time of collection and return.

The renter is liable for any unreported damage not recorded during pick-up.

Optional damage protection products may reduce or eliminate this liability, as outlined in the rental policy.
12. Rental Extensions

Extensions to the rental period must be arranged in advance and are subject to availability.

Unapproved late returns may be treated as unauthorised use and subject to penalty fees.
13. Privacy and Data Use

Your personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and relevant data protection laws.

Details provided during booking will only be used for rental processing and customer service purposes.
14. Jurisdiction and Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the rental takes place.
